Holiday Property in Italy Venture into the deep south of Italy to Calopezzati in Cosenza for a real Italian adventure. All essential amenities a short walk away.

Small village on the Ionian Coast, with a hill-top counterpart 3km drive into the foothills of the Sila Mountains. Our 2 bedroom apartment is situated in the small coastal village of CALOPEZZATI, in the district of COSENZA, CALABRIA. The narrow foot of Italy is typically very warm in the summer (mid to high 30's), but benefits from refreshing coastal breezes off the Ionian Sea and also westerly b

reezes through the mountains from the Tyrrhenian Sea. The nearest town of note is ROSSANO, 16km north along the SS106. This area is a popular holiday area for Italians wanting to escape the intense heat of their cities in July and August. Our apartment is in a mainly residential area of only 3 or 4 streets. There is a holiday villaggio close by and some new developments in the area. Olive and orange groves stretch into the countryside from just across the street.

Haven't been able to visit Calopezzati since 2019. Still had summer lets 2020 & 2021. Not sure how things will go this year. No decisions for 2 or 3 months.
