If you want a brightly colored yet beautifully decorated beach condo stay, then our unit is for you!
1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with hall bunks and queen sleeper sofa! Sleeps maximum of 6 (4 adults, 2 children) Renovated fall/winter of 2012 and thanks to wonderful guests this past year, still in fantastic shape! Great for allergy sufferers - no worries about allergens collecting in carpet! Kitc
hen appliances were replaced December 2012, and include stainless refrigerator, dishwasher and oven. Cabinets are well stocked with plenty of dishes, cutlery and glasses for your stay - including wine and champagne glasses should you have an occasion to celebrate. Queen bed in bedroom has Bellagio-at-Home Mattresses - so comfortable! Hall bunks have pillow-top mattresses. Queen sleeper sofa in living room has a comfortable mattress. Plenty of pillows provided! Two televisions: living room TV is a 47 inch LED 3D Smart-TV, it is connected to our secure Wi-Fi and with the press of a button on the remote you can easily access your Netflix, your Amazon streaming, Hulu Plus, Skype, Facebook and more. Bedroom TV is 40 inch. There are Wi-Fi enabled Blu-Ray players in living room and in bedroom. A collection of almost 100 DVD 's and some books are in drawers of entertainment unit in living room for guest use. Beach chairs (in unit), beach towels, sand toys and a cooler are provided for guest usage. Starter supplies included so that you don't have to run right to the store upon arrival: paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee filters, soap. In condo binder chock full of information regarding local restaurants and attractions. Calypso Towers is across the street from Pier Park, allowing guests to walk to a multitude of restaurants, watch a movie at The Grand, join in one of the many holiday parades there throughout the year or ride rides at Miracle Strip at Pier Park! Dave and Busters is now open, right across from the Grand theater. Being local owners allows us the opportunity to monitor the cleanliness and upkeep of our unit on a weekly basis. Rental Policies:
-Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and must stay during entire booking. Owners are local and age confirmation may be required upon check-in. Rentals booked under false pretenses will result in loss of ALL $$$.
-Add $85 cleaning fee + 12.615% taxes.
-Check-in is 4:00 P.M./Check-out is 10:00 A.M.
-$300 deposit to book reservation
-Full payment due 30 days prior to check-in or at time of booking (if shorter)
-$300 security deposit is refundable (refund will be processed in a timely manner upon satisfactory check-out inspection)
Cancellation Policy - A written request for cancellation received 30 days in advance will result in a full refund (minus the 2.5% credit card processing fee if payment was by CC). No refunds with less than a 30 day notice. If cancellation is due to a documented emergency, you may reschedule your week for a later date (date subject to availability/owner discretion).

FYI to those following this page. We included the "Peace of PCB" DBA with the sale of our Calypso condo Friday. I will be turning over the social media accounts associated with this name over the coming week. We are staying locally but have gotten out of the condo rental business. Some major changes in Panama City Beach go into effect on March 1st. Alcohol will no longer be legal on the sandy beach and the bars will shut down earlier.
