Another alert for Oneida!
If you go to the Community Park in Oneida please wipe down the picnic tables and benches! I saw people at the park (not saying a name because I like them) but, their dog was sitting on top of the table and I am sure dragging their nasty behind across the table. Please clean your table!! Why do people need to be so nasty?

ONEIDA RESIDENTS
How many of you remember the 25 foot Christmas Tree that Oneida Tourism put up on the Flag Pole at the park? Well people it was stolen, so now we have no tree! Why in the world would someone do this? They are not just stealing from Oneida Tourism, they are stealing from the residence of the Oneida Area. Everything we do is for our community; so all of us need to ban together and stop this once and for all. Cameras have been put up around town to help with some of the problems but, more cameras will be added.

🚨 Officials say I-40 will be closed until September of 2025…

📍 This is in western North Carolina.

❌ I-26 traveling north of Asheville and into Tennessee will also be closed through March 2025 (according to officials).

⚠️ This essentially means there is no interstate highway travel from North Carolina into Tennessee for a significant amount of time.

🚗 Remember this if you have travel plans through the region.

🔁 That detour is going to be long!
