Born and raised in Adelaide, Holly has been drawing, painting, printing and mixing mediums since her Ruth Tuck Art School days as a little Younger. Having spent a short yet enriching stint at Adelaide Central School of Art, she revels in the creative exploration coupled with her eclectic education. Holly's works are often reflections on herself and her relations, grappling with the notions of ones
projection and perception through the forms of nature. Pushing the conventional boundries of her mediums, she complies layers of process, thoughts, secrets and/or studies which are set beneath the guise of her works. Music dances with the overall mood of her works although beneath the veneer can hide intangible complexities. Many of Holly's collections have also inspired by her travels, dreams, music, nature and the likes of emergin artists McCulloch, Anya Brock as well as some greats as Basquait and Po***ck Matisse, Bromley and Ken Done to name a few. Although her exhibitons have all been held in South Australia, her original artworks and murals and album covers can be found on walls across Australia, Canada and USA. CV: Holly Younger
