The sun finally joined our party on our last day in Thailand ☀️ We took at longtail boat tour, went snorkeling, saw the monkeys on Monkey Island and ended the day with a romantic dinner on the beach. Time to head home 🌸

Yesterday started with a hike to the top of the mountain to see the beautiful surroundings. We cut food for the elephants and learned about medicinal plants. We took our elephant for a walk, had play time, got hugs and kisses and yes we cleaned up after them 💩 The day ended with a cooking class. Dream come true 🐘❤️

Today was an amazing day at The Elephant Sanctuary in Phuket! We swam with them, bathed them, fed the baby elephants a bottle, scrubbed them with an exfoliating mixture, cleaned others with herbal washes, and made special rice and banana balls with vitamins. It was truly a magical day serving these beautiful creatures!

Oh how I am loving ! Today we headed to a marina where we took a speedboat to the island of Koh Yao Noi. On the island we jumped in our “taxi” and learned how rubber is tapped from trees, visited a local fishing village, local markets, temples and mosques, a rice plantation and of course dined on local cuisine. Exhausted by the time we returned but we met and broke bread with some amazing people!
