We met this awesome family when we were in Penang.
The volume of plastic that they were seeing in the water and on beaches got to them, and they decided to do something about it. They've built some machines to turn that plastic into useful things.
We've loved following their progress on this project

We now have two Recycle machines! Now we have to practice and experiment... a lot! We’re having a lot of fun in the process though and surprised how many used straws these bowls use up!
