Dear feel fab crew,

I'm writing to inform you all that the feel fab team is taking a new shape :) I have decided to leave the retreat company but leave it in the extremely capable hands of the lovely Amy. I have enjoyed every moment being part of this wonderful journey. I've learnt so much experienced the best times and loved every moment!! It's been the best of the best!! So many happy memories and adventures from sweating it up in Ibiza, watching the Whales in Mexico and many more. I will miss it and YOU but will never be far away. I hope to join in the amazinness but as a client now, see you at one of the fab workshops or retreats!! Wup wup wup!!

- An introduction on the power of gong tones:
- Learn the basic strokes and how to play the gong for clients/students
- Learn basic theory of the gong + dos and dont’s
- How to use the most common accompanying instrument, the shruti box, and learn how sing with it to take your students into a "preparatory trance" for the gong bath.
