We bought this rv ready 1.3 ac lot in Pagosa Springs right off 160 and haven’t used it much. We found out we have itchy boots and rather travel. Thinking of selling it now and using the money to travel more. Has 2 rv limit with electric for 2, septic system, And underwater water cistern. Has a beautiful Mountain View and only 5 miles to Walmart.
