Friends, I’m so proud of being a part of a company that has allowed us not only to create legacy for our family, but also encourages us to leave legacy to others. As top leaders we’ve been treated to some pretty incredible parks but nothing is as important as this…

One of the greatest blessings of our business is the ability to give back in a meaningful way.

Our team has helped us to build 3 orphanages, provide clean water wells, and fund children's education and nutrition programs in the US and abroad...

One of the causes near and dear to our heart is the Prescription for Change Foundation.

As a Legacy Circle Achiever, we’ve received an initial Legacy Circle PFC grant of $40,000 to help at risk youth through BuildOn. Depending on what our team raises, Rodan + Fields will provide an additional grant (up to $40,000). If our team reaches the $40,000 goal, that will result in $120,000 going to PFC! That will allow 20,000 days of educational and leadership programs for students who want to change the world and deserve the opportunity to do it. Talk about paying it forward!

Why do you do what you do?..Our "why" is to leave legacy for our son, Gabriel...and also to model love, leadership + legacy for him as we enrich the lives of other children too.
Thanks to our business Phil Robbins and I have been able to support children locally and globally--through the orphanages we built overseas, and through the children's education programs we support in the US.

One of the greatest blessings of our business are the lives that we are able to touch and impact on a daily basis. Not only through the opportunity and products that our business, Rodan + Fields provides to us...but also through the time and resources that our team's success has created.

Thanks to an amazing team of Rock Stars (corporately, and our team in the field)...we have been able to build orphanages and wells, & sponsor children abroad, and support children's education here in the US.

You may have seen, Phil and I were were recently honored for our 10 Million Dollar Circle Achievement...and while the accolades are appreciated, Phil and I want to make it very clear it is a TEAM ACHIEVEMENT. Rodan + Fields Rock Stars,

As 2015 comes to a close, we reflect on all we have to be grateful for--and you certainly make the list! We are so thankful for our powerful profession--and the ability we have to change lives through offering the gift of Rodan + Fields to others, as well as the gift we can provide to others with the time, talent, and resources that our Rodan + Fields business provides to us.

Some of my highlights of 2015 included hosting the "Elite Retreat" for our leaders at our lake home; celebrating our personal team and leaders at convention; traveling to Thailand with my fellow RFX colleagues; and of course our biggest celebration--we learned that this December Phil and I would have the privilege to become parents!!! Thanks to our profession, we both get to be "full-time" "hands-on" mom and dad! As we welcome baby Gabriel to the world, we are also giving new life to our little girls in India, as we open our second orphanage there (I guess God had a way of giving me daughters after all!) That is the beauty of what we do--it is a vehicle to live a life we truly love, and help others do the same...

Never did I imagine that any of this would be possible, while I was teaching kindergarten...but as I reflected on my "year in review" I realized it was all possible because of a great God, fabulous support of family and friends, and of course...our Rodan + Fields family, and our team of "rock stars". That is the power of our profession--the possibility of living life on our terms, doing what we truly LOVE, with those we love the most.

I encourage you to reflect upon all of that our profession has provided you and your family-- celebrate the fun and friendships--the fabulous opportunities for personal and professional growth-- and the additional finances (no matter the amount) that your business has contributed to your family. When we have an attitude of gratitude, and view our business as a "gift", it changes the way we approach our business, and others about our business...which in turn changes our outcome.

I know there are days that seem daunting--when you pick up the phone and hear "no". I realize there are times we face rejection. I understand that it takes time and daily effort to be successful. But when I think about which was greater--the risks and rejection, or the reward? I see the true rewards that lie before my eyes, and I know without a doubt that it was all worth it!

Never give up on your dreams my friends--if you quit you say no to your team, your future team, your family, and the power of your dream. It won't always be easy--but the rewards will be so worth it. You are creating a legacy for your family--there's no other business out there that allows us to do what we do, live how we live, and give how we give. Give your business the attention it needs and time it takes in 2016 (it took me 8 years of hard work to get to where we are today)--but there is NOTHING like seeing your reason "WHY" in action.

The WHY Behind WHAT We Do!
CBS just did a feature story on how our business provided the time and resources to not only build the life of our dreams--but also to build a new life for our 117 "sons" in India! And now, this December, as we give birth to our firstborn, we will be giving a new life to the little girls on the neighboring property as we open a home for these "angels" in partnership with ! It's our 8th "RODANNIVERSARY"!

On April 24, 2007, my mom Kris and I helped to pre-launch Rodan + Fields from retail into direct-sales, as the first 2 independent consultants (R+F has been officially launched as a direct selling company for 7 years).

8 years ago, we were offered an "opportunity" that opened the door to many amazing opportunities for our family. As we celebrate our "Rodanniversary" I want to thank our team of "rock stars" (corporate and "Team Rockin Robbins") for the gift that has been offered to our family--freedom, and the ability to offer freedom to other families--to those we bless with our brilliant business, and to those we bless with the time and resources this business has provided to us. This month Phil Robbins and I are close to completing our second orphanage in India--and I have to say, without R+F I don't know that we would have the time and resources (to travel there and build there)! THANK YOU for making this possible!

I think about everything this opportunity has offered us...
-Time freedom
-Financial freedom
-The ability to live a life we truly love & spend time with those we love
-Friendships
-Traveling the world with those friends (and my family)- we've gone to places like Cabo, San Francisco, Wine Country, Maui, Italy, Bora Bora, Paris, and in June, Thailand-- and the best part?
