Ko Samed - July 2011 - Playing with Fire. A quick review? Ok then, stayed at the Silver Sand Resort inside the National Park at Koh Samet, great beach, great open air disco and cheap beer and cocktail buckets. Fire throwing to start off to get everyone in the mood, looks dangerous but seems quite safe, entertaining to watch. Great Beaches on this resort, booked a air con room for 1000 baht on a saturday night on arrival and on this occasion cheaper than booking ahead through our Hotel reservations partner ( on site ). Great day and great evening. A memorable time on Koh Samet, got there by bus from eastern bus Terminal ( Ekamie ) Bus 220 Baht.. Ferry 80 baht accomodation 1000 baht. Beer ( Big ) under 100 baht but i forgot how much the more I had !!!
