🎬 Pixar at it again with a film hitting you in the feels! Such a sweet movie about growing up and the changes that come with it. For those with elementary age kids, this is a good one. I love that movies are giving us the opportunity to laugh, navigate feelings (for young and old!), and enjoy a story we can all relate to.
Definitely a much watch!

🎃Halloween Horror Nights starts this August and runs certain nights all the way into November. This is a fun and fantastically fall bucket list experience you need to have on your calendar!

🦋Made it to Dollywood today!
It has been over 15 years since I was last here - whoa! Such a fun day! Some of our favorite things:
✨The park is so pretty! You’re already in beautiful Tennessee but they do such a great job incorporating the natural beauty. Lots of water features, mountain laurel, and shaded areas. It was also very clean.
✨The music! One thing I loved is the music they played always had you singing along.
✨Cinnamon bread - say no more!
✨ Kind employees - Steven kept mentioning how nice everyone was 😍
✨Shorter lines (okay, we went on a Thursday, but still!) - we didn’t have to wait too long for most rides. Probably 15 - 40 minutes.
✨Refillable cups - the Dollywood refillable drinks were definitely worth it ($13, I believe). You can refill them anywhere in the park where there’s a Coke machine and the cup size was large!
🦋 Cheers to all things Dolly, bluegrass and country music, southern food, and the reminders for kindness and that you are loved! Dolly is such a special person and this park is a fun way to experience her positive outlook on life and accepting and encouraging people.

✈️ When my husband and I first went to Sandals a few years ago we were a little hesitant (mostly because of the episode of The Office where Michael Scott goes to Jamaica with Jan) but once we were there, we quickly became fans!
🧳 I've learned to tailor my travel depending on what I want, who I'm with, where I'm going, and WHY I'm going. Some travel is for the experience, some is action packed, some times a learning experience. Other times it may be to spend time alone, with a loved one, or to have a new experience. We love Sandals for its simplicity, arrange of activities and tours, onsite amenities, tasty food, scuba diving, and the opportunity to relax and not worry at all about a schedule or agenda. If this calls to you, Sandals may be a good fit for you!
☀️We've since gone back to Sandals a few times and we will be making our way to our newest resort this October, Sandals Grenada! I'll of course be taking you with me, but for now, a mood board to get remind me of beachier times!

🗓️The deadline has been pushed back a few times due to COVID-19 closures starting in 2020, but now the deadline is for real - and it's next year!
📃Be sure you're aware of what is needed in your state to get your REAL ID. It's not difficult - just be sure to get it on time and have the correct documents!

⚓️ To be honest, I don't really consider myself a cruise person BUT I will shout from the rooftops how great doing it with Disney is.
🐠 In a lot of ways, we enjoyed the ship more than navigating the parks (shhh!). If you're thinking of going to Disney soon, you should consider doing a cruise for a more intimate experience.

During our trip to Disney a few weeks ago we spent plenty of time in Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge. Steven shook hands with Chewbacca as he approved of his Rebel shirt!
A few throw back photos as well! Meeting BB-8 not knowing that my then boyfriend would propose just a few hours later at dinner at the Polynesian 🥰 And we loved the Star Wars Hyperspace Lounge on the Disney Wish - we even brought a souvenir Porg cup home with us!
This rainy day will be spent watching the Star Wars marathon on TV while piddling around the house!

✨ Finding it very hard to return back to reality after a wonderful few days on the Disney Wish!

🧳 I’ll be heading to Castaway Cay this week on the Disney Wish and I’m SO EXCITED! Stay tuned as I will share my experiences once on board including fun BTS of the food, our room, transportation to and from the port, and more! I’ll also be spending the night the night before and exploring my favorite park to ensure an easy arrival and check in at the port (I’ll let you know how it goes)!

🎟️ Accessibility Services at Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts are seeing a few changes.
🎈Today, Disney Destinations shared, “Along with the updates to the websites, we are also taking steps to preserve our existing accessibility services to ensure that the guests who truly need these services continue to receive them.
We will be making efforts to preserve the Disability Access Service (DAS) for those it’s intended to accommodate — only those guests who, due to a developmental disability like autism or similar, are unable to wait in a conventional queue for an extended period of time. To help with this, we are also extending DAS enrollment for eligible guests from 60 days to 120 days and adjusting DAS party size to include no more than four, except for immediate family members.
These updates take effect on May 20 at the Walt Disney World Resort and on June 18 at the Disneyland Resort.”
