This February, I visited for the third time, and over all my trips, I can say that February is the greenest month, with flowers in bloom and a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. It’s perfect for long walks, relaxing by the beach with friends, or even playing drums while the kids build sandcastles—just like we did!

September is best for swimming in the vast options of beautiful beaches, eating fresh seafood at a terrace by the sea, seeing the perfect sunset with friends at Dingli Cliffs, or hiring a boat to visit the famous Blue Grotto—similar to the one in Capri. Jumping from the boat and trying snorkeling or even better, diving in the perfectly clear water, is an unforgettable experience.

End of October was again a surprise for me because I still found the water warm enough to swim. I took a ferry and visited Gozo Island, and in particular, Ta’ Pinu Church will remain forever in my soul. It’s well worth the visit.

Do you know about Panchakarma Ayurvedic Treatment?

Panchakarma means "five procedures" in Sanskrit. It is one of the most essential practices in Ayurveda, aimed at detoxifying the body. In Ayurveda, it is believed to balance the doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. When the doshas are imbalanced, it signifies an accumulation of toxins in the body. Panchakarma helps restore balance by removing these toxins, thereby purifying and rejuvenating the body while strengthening the immune system.

What does Panchakarma treatment include?

-Oleation: This involves the use of oils or oily substances on the body. Ayurveda offers various oils made from herbal and mineral ingredients, primarily for external use, though oils and ghee are also used internally. These fatty substances act as effective mediums, penetrating deep into tissues to deliver medicinal ingredients to each cell and loosen toxins that are lodged within the cells.
-Fomentation treatments are therapies that induce sweating. They are typically performed after oleation. The oleation softens tissues, and fomentation makes them more flexible. The toxins that are loosened by oleation are melted and flushed out of the body through fomentation therapy.
