Chaddy Shack Rocky Mountain Retreat is our home away from home and is available for short term rentals to friends, friends of friends and mountain lovers of all ages. Very comfortable 2 BR/ 2 BA townhome end unit condo located about 25 minutes from Steamboat Springs and within walking distance of Stagecoach Reservoir. Perfect for skiers, hunters, fishers, hikers, nature lovers or anyone just wanti

ng to disconnect from modern life. Bedrooms are one queen (upstairs) and one full size (downstairs) but there's also a queen sleeper and we do have one full size air mattress. Both bathrooms have shower/tub combos. Washer/Dryer in the unit. Fully equipped kitchen means you only have to bring your food and beverages.

$900 a week or $150 a night. Two night minimum. $250 deposit to hold your dates. Your cleaning fee comes out of your deposit (generally about $120). No smoking, no pets. Please note the condo does not have telephone, wifi or cable. We have a good collection of DVDs (mostly westerns), family board games, and some books. If you have Verizon you can probably get a decent signal; all other carriers you pretty much have to stand on the corner of the deck and pray for a signal.
