All items are wrapped and packaged with great care. We try to use recycled materials when possible. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after the payment is received and cleared by PayPal. Shipping is done via registered airmail and can take between 14 to 21 business days approximately, depends on the shipment's destination. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties/taxes charges imposed by his/her country/state. In case of return or exchange, shipping is to be paid by the buyer on both ways

It's important to know that you're happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not happy with the work, please email us within three days of receiving and explain what the problem is. Exchange of item can be done upon the safe return of the item in its original package. Please note that item exchange could take between six to eight weeks if the item has to be remade. Please note that in case of return the refund is done by store credit for the same value of the item you purchased. We take pride in our crafts and we handle our work with love and care.
