Whether you have followed this story or not, this entire ordeal of her trip being cancelled by someone other than her would NOT have happened if she had used a Travel Agent.

Long story short she booked an expensive suite, was posting her countdowns (left her booking number on the countdown which is a BIG mistake) and someone changed her reservation and she lost the money and suit.

Carnival has resolved it but here is a lesson for you.

When you use an agent even the vendor, in this case Carnival, can NOT make changes even with your info without the agent’s permission.

It is like a layer of protection for you.

As always I am here to help you plan your memories big and small. One of my favorites have been these overnight getaways lately. So happy so many are choosing self care get aways.

All that being said those big vacays and cruises are so much fun for me to plan🩷🩷🩷

Whether on land or sea, nothing comes close to concierge service.

For many it makes all the difference.

You all know I love being spoiled and “roughing it”
is no room service.

Give me a swim up with a butler, a cabin where everytime I come and go it is attended and I’m left gifts upon my return.

As a result of today’s news just to clarify….

Cruises that departed from Baltimore will be rerouted to a different port to disembark.

Cruises out of Baltimore will more than likely be cancelled as we are being told our port is closed indefinitely.

The Baltimore port is the second largest in the mid Atlantic.

Traffic in MD will be worse so plan accordingly.

Be tactful with your complaints and comments on posts. We still have six souls yet to be found of workers who were fusing potholes on the bridge.

Locals, please stay away from Ft Armistead and Ft Smallwood parks they are gathering families there and using those locations.

Be respectful, as we all know who live the bay life here in Md we can all see this from our various communities.

I’m still in shock over the events this morning so I’m running behind obviously.

Stay safe and say a prayer for the families affected

Our amazing states have so much to offer and can be done on a budget.
