Pretty excited to share our first ever travel film!

From Jesse's recent hike of the Cooloola Great Walk with Visit Noosa and Tropical Treks Guided Bushwalks & Birdwatching 🚶🌲

It took 5 days and almost 100km from Noosa to Rainbow Beach but such an epic adventure along sweeping coastlines, over sand dunes, past the everglades and through lush rainforests.

Definitely one you should add to the hiking bucket list!

The famous Pike Place Market in Seattle is heaven if you're into organic fruit and veg, sustainable seafood, GF and vegan baked goods, ferments, fresh flowers, plus every known herb and spice under the sun!

Well, they were my faves.... But it's also the home of the original Starbucks if coffee is your thing ☕️

Definitely my healthy foodie highlight from Seattle, so please do yourself, and your stomach, a favour and check it out (multiple times if possible) ❤️

Staring at the ceiling of a hotel room at 2 a.m. in the morning is my least favourite way to start a holiday.

But after more than 100 flights to 30-odd countries, a ton of research and a fair bit of trial and error, we've finally nailed how to beat jet lag symptoms.
