A new food option is now available at Sandals South Coast! The Taquiero food truck is officially open! Today is day 1. I saw that it was possible to turn any taco into a bowl. So we did a pepper shrimp bowl, a chicken bowl, a crispy fish taco, and a barbacoa taco. We also did a side of chips. The taste is fantastic. The bowls have rice, black beans, and lettuce/ tomatoes added. The tortillas are very soft and hand made.
