BREAKING NEWS: Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit at Universal Studios Florida will close September 2025 to make way for a new experience.

Personal Note: I'm not sad about this. We are roller coaster people and this one really knocked us around & beat us up - especially riding in the last row! I'm looking forward to seeing what they put here in its place, and, of course, I'll keep you updated!

FYI - We're on the Ship (Harmony of the Seas) that is Delayed coming back to Galveston, Texas for a Guest Medical Emergency Situation in Cozumel (add them to your prayer list). This is a first for me, and, although we were a bit inconvenienced, I've got to give kudos & credits to Royal Caribbean. They have handled the situation Fabulously and the Staff - I'm sure beyond exhausted - is giving us the BEST Time - Extra Time - on the Ship, plus preparing for new guests boarding tonight! WOW!

P.S. If you're waiting for anything from me, we won't be back on the East Coast until after Midnight, now. So, I'll catch up with you guys early this week 😀

LIGHTNING LANE PREMIER PASS PILOT EXPANDS TO ALL DISNEY RESORT HOTELS!!!

Beginning Friday, Nov. 22, 2024 (Today), Walt Disney World will expand the Lightning Lane Premier Pass pilot to all Disney Resort hotels. Guests staying at Disney Deluxe and Deluxe Villa, Moderate, Value Resorts and other select hotels will be eligible to purchase up to seven days before the first day of their Resort stay – for their entire length of stay (up to 14 days).

This is the only update to Lightning Lane Premier Pass at this time, and the pass continues to be offered in very limited quantities.

BIG NEWS FROM THE HOUSE OF THE MOUSE!

Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort to pilot NEW Service providing expedited entry to theme park attractions: Lightning Lane Premier Pass.

At Disneyland Resort, the Lightning Lane Premier Pass will be available first come, first served staring October 23, 2024.

At Walt Disney World, when Lightning Lane Premier Pass launches, it will be available starting October 30, 2024 only to guests staying at Disney Deluxe or Deluxe Villa Resorts and may be purchased up to seven days in advance of their stay.

Lightning Lane Premier Pass will be offered in very limited quantities and will give guests one-time entry to each available Lightning Lane entrance in the theme park they are visiting that day.

This includes attractions included in both Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass, but with Lightning Lane Premier Pass, guests do not need to select an experience time.

Lightning Lane Premier Pass will be a premium offering, and prices will vary based on the date and theme park guests are visiting.

FYI - Port Canaveral is Open as of 11:30 am today!

🟢PORT CANAVERAL IS OPEN: As of 11:30 AM, The U.S. Coast Guard Captain of the Port has set Port Condition Four for Port Canaveral. The Port is OPEN with NO restrictions. Waterside and landside operations are normal. Jetty Park day park and beach reopens Saturday morning, Oct 12 at 7 AM, however, the Jetty Park Campground and Fishing Pier will remain closed until further notice.

⚠️ATTENTION CRUISE PASSENGERS: Check with your cruise lines for updated schedules.
