Good morning all, TGIF!

Still killing it on the health front and feeling good! 31 inches was the last measurement looking for 30 inches and less than 10 visceral fat!

100 skull crushes, 100 hammer curls, 50 squats with 20 pounds of weight, nothing more right now.

11 miles yesterday what can we do today.

Even my suit from 2013 is big and hangs off me but hey I’ll get a new sport jacket before heading to the San Diego area to work.
