Unwind & Restore: A 2-Hour Yin & Restorative Yoga Workshop

Give your body and mind a deep reset with this extended exploration of yin and restorative yoga.

This 2-hour workshop will guide you through a series of poses designed to target connective tissues, promote deep relaxation, and cultivate inner peace.
We will begin by exploring yin yoga postures, held for extended periods to gently stretch your fascia and ligaments all while releasing blockages of Qi in the body. Restorative poses will be sprinkled in between to optimize healing and promotion of a meditative state.
