KGA Training is comprised of Kelsey Brandin and Gianna Pierro. Kelsey is an IFA certified personal trainer, and competing Bodybuilder. He also has experience training in Strongman, Swedish PowerBuilding, and Powerlifting. Kelsey has also trained his Division 1 High School's Varsity Hockey team (who reached the state finals for the first time since 1994 the season after training with him), along wi

th members of the Varsity Baseball team (who were ranked #1 in the Northeast the following season), while also running a training program Monday-Friday with over 20 enrolled students. Kelsey has also provided custom plans for touring musicians, and members of United States Marine Corps. In addition to extensive experience (over 5 years) of weight training, Kelsey also has a thorough understanding of supplementation and nutrition, acquired through an upper-level class at the University of Vermont in nutrition, and access to ACE publications used in courses on supplementation. Kelsey has trained with (and been mentored by) professionals such as Nate Quinn, Matt Young, Rodney Bordeau, Tony Page, Thomas Hurd, Maggie Keaveny, Lori Steele, Matt Bouzianis, and more. Kelsey's passion for fitness coupled with his experience sets him aside from other trainers. Gianna is an aspiring Figure Competitor, and is the sister of renowned BSN representative and Figure Competitor Amy Lynn Pierro. As an IFA certified personal trainer in addition to her training with Kelsey, Gianna's passion and intensity for fitness greatly contributes to her work with clients. Gianna's ability to work with females who might be uncomfortable working with our other trainers, or who might want a female's perspective on weight training in general, sets her aside as valuable asset to our roster of trainers. KGA Training is committed to helping our clients achieve their personal goals--from competing in a Bodybuilding competition to losing weight, from training for a sport to basic fitness, KGA is equipped to deliver satisfying results. We do NOT train clients interested in:
Crossfit (Which we do not condone in any way whatsoever)
Olympic Lifting (We refer those interested to Pearson King at https://www.facebook.com/PearsonKingFitness)

Massage Rates (30 mins):
Relaxant $10
Myofacial $15
Deep tissue $20
Off location +$10 every 600ft travelled
Workout plans:
Diet plan $20
lvl1 Written lifting plan $20
Lvl2 Lifting plan + diet plan and supplementation plan $35
Lvl 3 Lifting plan + diet/supplement + monthly hour-long check-ins/training sessions $60 (+$25 per monthly check-in)
Lvl4 Plan + diet/supplement + weekly hour-long check-ins/training sessions $115 (+$80 per month)
Hourly personal training rate $40 per training session (FREE, non-timed, minimum 1 hour consultation and assessment before training begins!)

As I approach my final year at UVM, KGA Training will be once more offering group training, individual training, and meal prep for aspiring bodybuilders, powerlifters, strongmen, and individuals wishing to receive professional training at a college-friendly price, from someone who actually knows about lifting. However, following this year, KGA Training will come to a close. Following KGA, I (Kelsey) will continue to train collaboratively with Gianna wherever our lives take us, whereas Zander will continue to compete in Physique competitions. Thank you all for your support thusfar, and I look forward to training with you in the near future!

This was me in 2013 while I was training in powerbuilding and strongman.
