The Tlalim Group has been working in the field of educational tourism for over 40 years and specializes in developing unique programs that combine educational content and unforgettable travel experiences in Israel.
we are looking for a recruitment coordinator to recruit participants for our LATAM Masa groups
Qualifications:
- High level of Spanish language proficiency
- High command of Hebrew OR Russian
- Knowledge of English is an advantage
- Experience in sales- MUST
- Experience with Salesforce and/or other CRMs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to successfully direct a sales conversation
- Experience in conducting business correspondence,
- Confident PC user (MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and manage multiple projects at once
- Goal oriented
