Day-1 Cochin to Alleppy
On your arrival at cochin international airport / railway station meet " green lagoon vacations " executive to welcome & receive you.later drive to alleppy ( 85 kms ) ;also known as " venice of the east " by its special geographical features as the place is famous for its vast backwater streches .By 12pm you can board your house boat to explore the backwaters and its serene beauty.Enjoy the ride;delicious cuisines and overnight stay onboard.
Day-2 Alleppy to Athirapally
After breakfast checkout your house boat and drive to Athirapally ( 123 kms ) .On arrival check into the resort.Later you may go for sightseeing.Athirapally is a scenic combination of forests and little streams.Falling from a height of 80 feet.this is one of the largest waterfall in the state.Later drive back to your resort for overnight stay.
Day-3 Athirapally toThrissur
Afetr breakfast check out your resort and drive to Thrissur ( 131 kms ) ;also known as the " cultural capital of kerala " and the land of temples.On the way you can visit the " Chimmini dam wild life sanctuary " .the sanctuary is an important bird area with 192 recorded avian species.On arrival check into the hotel at thrissur for overnight stay.
Day-4 Thrissur to Guruvayoor (temple visit and sight seeing)
Drive to guruvayoor temple ( 28 kms ) from thrissur town. A hindu temple dedicated to the god. The temple is not a part of the famous 108 divya desams temple list . The temple is around 5000 years oldest. After that you acn visit elephant camp near by temple. Later drive back to your hotel for overnight stay. Eveninig you may go for sight seeing in near by places like zoo,museam,palace etc.
Day-5 Thrissur to kochi
After breakfast checkout your hotel and transfer to kochin ( 85 km ) and sightseeing visit chinese fishing nets,jewish,synagogue,mattanchery palace and st.francis church. Later as per the departure timing proceed to kochin airport / eranamkulam railway station for your return journey.
