In moments of stress we tend to close ourselves and focus on our phones to find distraction. However, it doesn't release our stress or anxiety. The way we use our sight, the things we see or watch, communicates with our brain. Setting our eyes on a panoramic view, where you open up your gaze so you can see a part of your own body and also what's to see on your right and left side, gives relaxation. It's a simple way of releasing stress, and also helps in moments of anxiety. So in moments of stress or anxiety don't focus your sight on something small, but go outside and focus your gaze on a broader picture, open it up and find relaxation!
