I just recently came back from the beautiful Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall. Here is my review on the adults side of the hotel: We booked the adults only side mainly because we were traveling without our kids so I wanted a break from all children lol. I just wanted to share my experience. I am a HUGE hyatt fan. I always recommend their hotels to my clients because I think all around they have things to offer for each age group. From when we landed in the airport, the Hyatt Lounge, where you get your transfers (if booked), is so nice. The workers were very helpful. This is also where they start your check in process for the hotel. We get in the cab and arrive at the hotel (not long at all, maybe 15-20 minutes). The lobby was airy, the workers were very nice and helpful. It took maybe about 10 minute for us to have our key in hand and on our way to our room. We booked an oceanfront suite. We open our door and the room was beautifully furnished, it was clean, and even though I think the view could've been a little better, it was an oceanfront like we booked. We ate at the fusion restaurant, Italian, hibachi, international and buffet and was not disappointed at all (portions were small but that's how every all-inclusive is). We booked a massage and OMG was it amazing. We booked an open air couples relaxation and I wish they had the option to do it all day! We also booked an excursion (ATV and Ziplining) threw the concierge and the only bad thing I can say was that it was located in Negril which was a 2 hour drive away each way. I wish they would've given us something a little closer, but still we had a great day. We saw about 4 weddings happen and each was very well put together. The pool area was always clean and well maintained. There's a lot to do during the day by the pool so if you like a more quiet pool, this is not the area for you, but I am a beach person so I really didn't stay near the pool. This is where my experienced was a little teetered. I love Jamaica, it is one of my favorite islands in the Caribbean. I have been here 3 times. My only complaint was the beach. It was very rocky and full of seaweed both walking into the ocean and swimming. Once in the ocean, you were either stepping on more rocks or more seaweed and unfortunately the water was not clear at all. You could not see down to the floor like most people would expect. Besides that, I had a great trip and would definitely recommend this to my clients. Please see some pictures that I have attached!
