VISA APPLICATION, isa sa pinaka masakit sa ulo na work ng Travel Agent. Tapos super liit ng Service Fee. 😢

I’ll tell you why?

1. Visa Requirements: minsan, mas marunong pa sayo clients mo (specially first time applicants). Kung ano lang gusto ipasa nila. Pag hininga mo other imp requirements, nagagalit. (When all you want to do is to ensure highest possibility ng approval ng visa nila.)

2. Embassy: impatient clients, they will update you everyday if lumabas na visa results, even if you gave them lead time ng process. We cannot control the Embassy’s lead time, we are also waiting. Galit again si client, they will say, bakit dun sa kaibigan ko 2days lang, etc etc.

3. Visa Grant/Denial: gusto irefund payment if denied. Asking reasons why denied. Again, we are not in control of the Embassy’s decision. There are cases, that even if you have millions in your bank, or you complied all documentary requirements, denied talaga. We do not know the reason, and the embassy do not explain in detail as well.

4. Passport/Visa Return: ang naghahandle po ng deliveries are courier services (like LBC & the likes), pag nadelay courier. Sa min na naman magagalit client. We can only do followups, pero we cannot control their operations.

PS: Travel Agents do this for a living, but mainly, because of our passion to do good service and passion in this industry. We just want a little understanding as well. And pls tons of patience! 😍

Dear All,

The Merlion Statue at the Merlion Park will be undergoing restoration works tentatively from 1 October to 9 December 2018. Further updates will be given nearer to the date of commencement of works.

While the restoration works are in progress, the statue will not be available for photo-taking as scaffolding will be erected around it. The nearby Merlion cub statue, however, will be available for photo taking.
