The Ice Run is that thing you do to prove you can do it and enjoy, but are relieved to finish (but miss 2 months later). The Monkey Run is something you love every minute of (pretty much) but miss the minute you finish. Peru is the toughest (and stupidest) Monkey Run of them all.
