Just to let everyone know that my romantic 1 bedroom ocean view cottage is going to be available for rent during the prime dry season starting January 20 , dry season lasts until May 1 and is considered the best time of year to be there . Got questions let me know. If you want to reserve and your a friend or family of mine I can give you a great discount . It’s got AC , sunset every night on the pacific , 10-15 minutes from a couple of gorgeous beaches or the quaint village of Potrero for restaurants , grocery stores, bank machines, bars, vendors of veggies and fruit . A bit further away (less than 30 minutes) is Flamingo , Catalina’s, Playa Grande, Tamarindo, and Playa del Coco .

All these beaches are within a 10-15 min drive from my rental home , truly at the center of of the center of the best livable dry beach area in Costa Rica. Jungle beaches in other areas are lovely to visit and gorgeous, BUT high tourism levels, high humidity, lot's of rainfall ,and increased insect problems take away from making it a spot to actually live in . Penca Beach shown as #1 here is a 10-15 walk from my cottage.

Flamingo Marina is finally nearing completion. Next year spring will be the opening. My first subdivision of my large lot is almost complete , then those two lots will become 8 ocean view small lots aprox 1,000 m2 or 10,000 SF .So many hoops to jump through in CR to do this

Here are some updated photos after making some modifications and improvements this year, still a couple more to come before the end of the month. I am leaving for Canada Feb 14 so the home will be available for short term or long term rental from that point on.
