Another amazing Quilting Adventure in the books. Alaska … the last frontier. Awesome quilter guests. Destination never disappoints. Fabulous educators and project. Until next time…
Today was our last port...Cabo San Lucas. Beautiful weather today. Some went to beach, some shopped, some ate. It was a great day. Our final stitch and sail was tonight.
Sorry no pics. Already downloaded to my laptop. But here’s a short video of one of the sea lions who was begging for fish.
What do you do when your final Quilt Retreat at Sea event is over? Go for a swing in the solarium. I love this ship...Anthem of the seas.
The day started off with a scenic cruise through endicott arm but sadly we could not get in to the glacier because of too much large ice in the water. The onboard naturalist stated it could be due to last nights earthquake here.
So we arrived into Juneau 2 hours early and will get the whole day to explore, shop, eat, etc.
