Here at NRS Bridge Construction India Pvt Ltd haveve successfully implemented an articulated self-launching girder capable of a remarkable 9-degree rotation to accommodate a 260-degree bridge curvature. With a span of 40 meters and weighing 1700 metric tons, this project, done in partnership with Laxmi Infrastructure & Developers India Pvt Ltd (LIDPL), exemplifies our commitment to engineering excellence.
Our specially designed cranes, with 360-degree rotation and segment tilt adjustment, highlight the innovative solutions driving this endeavor. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to push the boundaries of infrastructure development! 🏗️💡

Thrilled to be a part of this transformative journey, NRS AS extends heartfelt congratulations on the inauguration of the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link. This iconic project is more than just a bridge; it's a symbol of progress, connectivity, and dreams realized.

🎉 As we celebrate this momentous occasion, we applaud every Indian citizen, tourist, and commuter who will traverse this engineering marvel, connecting Mumbai with Navi Mumbai. The Mumbai Trans Harbour Link, the longest sea bridge in India, stands as a testament to innovation and collaboration.

🚀 NRS AS played a pivotal role in providing the superstructure, utilizing our expertise with launching gantries. The two Launching Gantries (LGs) handled spans weighing 1800 tons each, showcasing our commitment to precision and excellence. The crane lifting capacity of 150 tons ensured seamless construction, contributing to the success of this grand endeavor.

🛠️ Constructed by industry giants like Larsen and Toubro, IHI Corporation, Daewoo E&C, Tata Projects Limited, and under the visionary leadership of Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA), the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link is set to redefine the landscape of Navi Mumbai.

Our partnership with the renowned Hindustan Construction Company marked the genesis of a project that would showcase innovation, engineering prowess, and a commitment to excellence.

🌟 Innovative Bridge Building
The project involved the construction of bridges utilizing the groundbreaking "Bridge Builder Formtraveler" (BBFT) method for free Cantilever Construction. This method not only demonstrated our dedication to innovation but also laid the foundation for future endeavors.

🏋️ Impressive Load-Bearing Capacity
These BBFT were designed to bear significant loads, with a remarkable capacity of 155 tons. This ensured their longevity and reliability, factors crucial for any infrastructure project's success.

🛣️ Spacious Road Width
With road widths ranging up to 30.0 meters, this bridge facilitated smooth and efficient transportation, contributing to the region's connectivity.

🏗️ Varied Box Widths and Segment Length
The project showcased our adaptability and engineering versatility with maximum box widths between 4.0 to 6.0 meters and a segment length of 5 meters. These specifications highlighted our ability to cater to diverse project requirements.
