The picturesque Ynys Llanddwyn is to get a pair of dedicated wardens to help make sure tourists behave themselves, after the area was used to film HBO's House of the Dragon

The pair, employed by the Sea Watch Foundation, will work to "minimise visitors’ impact" to the village on Anglesey and the nature reserve of Newborough

Their jobs include raising awareness of nesting birds, reduce fire risk and littering, minimise boat disturbance to marine mammals and birds, and share information about the site and its wildlife

CATCH 22 RETRO TASTING EVENING - THURSDAY APRIL 25th

Normally our event nights sell out about a month in advance - for some reason there has been a distinct lack of interest for the upcoming Retro Evening. We were even on the cusp of cancelling this event, but you were just teasing us weren't you and now you have started booking with two weeks to go!

After a bit of feedback from some regulars it seems we may have done ourselves a disservice with the wording for the Retro menu. We do like to keep things vague so that it's more of a surprise on the evening, but seeing as though one of our customers thought we were literally going to serve an actual bought in frozen Findus Crispy Pancake, we thought we better elaborate a bit (everything will of course be made in house by the kitchen team and have our own little twist on your classic favourites).
