If you've been reading the blog lately, thanks! I'm having a great time re-living and rewriting so many posts from the old days. Oh and boy do they ever need a strong edit! That blog was my initial place of voice development. I'll forever look back fondly on the seventeen years I got out of that venture.

The time came to move on anew because I'm running a business now. My essays aren't just about fun and first drafts--as most on that old blog were--they're also tools to gain better reach through the algorithms of life.

I prefer the kind spelled with a y, but so it goes as a business owner. Because I'm not a volunteer-shop. And everyone who works hard for a living deserves an income for those efforts. Artists included.

The blog is where I love to share my free personal essays. But I won't likely post about book releases or other brand related things on the blog. That's one of the mistakes I made with my first blog back in the day: I shared too many different types of posts. With this brand--You Classy Beach-- tied to the book, I'm finally learning how to focus better on each platform and things are growing in the right places. I'm doing it my way. On track to my career goals feels mighty good.
