WHAT A DAY ☀️🏝️💪🏼

Our November retreat kicked off last night and the crew enjoyed their welcome dinner and drinks! 🤤 Incase you didn’t know… the food here in Bali is UNREAL.

This morning everyone smashed their workout and enjoyed post training protein smoothies by the pool!

We finished the day with an epic pool WOD ran by coach 💪🏼🏊‍♀️☀️

This is day one and we are only just getting started! Bring on day two! Let’s go! 🏄‍♂️

After a big day of fitness our crew setup on the beachfront decks overlooking the ocean and enjoyed their private Stretch Session.

We were lucky enough to witness one of the most spectacular sunsets we’ve seen in a while! It does not get much better than this! 🏝️🌅🧘‍♂️

What an amazing week in Bali we’ve had! 18 epic humans joined us from around the world for our October 🏝️☀️

We surfed
We hiked a volcano
We trained HARD
We learnt new skills
We pushed out of our comfort zones
We enjoyed delicious food
We relaxed by the pool
We enjoyed sunset yoga
And so much more fit into one week in paradise…

We cannot wait for our FINAL two retreat of the year.

Let’s set the scene….

You have just met your crew only two short days ago and today is our SURFING DAY! 🌊🏄‍♂️

You may be a little nervous as you’ve never tried surfing before! Or you may be an absolute pro ready to show your new friends how well you shred! 😉

Either way you are up for the adventure! Let’s GO! 🤟🏼

We start by gathering on the beach with our surf instructors. They teach us all the tips, cues and techniques needed to stand up on your board. You have a few practice runs on the beach before you head into the water.

You are out floating in the ocean waiting to catch the perfect first wave! 🏄‍♀️

Here it comes…. 🌊 Your surf guide tells you to paddle hard, they give you a little push and away you go! You step one foot up, then the other and next thing you know YOU ARE SURFING YOUR VERY FIRST WAVE!

This is exactly how today’s surfing lessons went with the crew! There were endless smiles and laughs and SO many waves caught!

We have THREE first retreats left for the year and we cannot wait! October has SOLD OUT, however we still have available spots for:
