20cm of new snow on a changeover day brings challenges! Blocked roads, side roads not cleared… We had to help departing guests from Philadelphia get to the main road by putting chains on their rental cars, picked up our cleaners, got the access cleared and chalet ready in time to greet our Easter guests from London, Milan and Boston. Full on busy day. Big team effort!
