Thank you to everyone who came out to the 2024 Dancing with the Local Stars - Burke County. Despite the challenges we faced with the transition from the former producer, we managed to plan this event in just over two months. We anticipated some skepticism, the timing being the weekend going into July 4th, and various other obstacles, but our love for this community and our commitment to the show's mission kept us going.
We worked tirelessly, investing both time and money, to ensure this event would be memorable. Although we faced a financial loss this year with revenues of $31,483.50 and expenses of $38.552.26, resulting in an $7,068.76 deficit, we believe strongly in this show and its mission. Operating at a loss is never ideal, but we are committed to bringing the show back for one more year before making any final decisions about its future. Mark your calendars for the 2025 Dancing with the Local Stars - Burke County, which will take place on February 15th, 2025, at the CoMMA at 7:00 PM. Stay tuned for your 2025 Stars announcement!
