“The home was just as described! The photos don’t do it justice. It was perfect for our needs and we all really enjoyed the pool, especially our kiddos. It was clean and had plenty of room for us. We took care of her home as it was our own, I didn’t need to contact her often. But the couple of times I did she was quick to respond. The home was pristine and stocked with only top-of-the-line amenities! We love to cook, and the kitchen and appliances available left nothing to be desired. I wasn’t expecting to find an emulsifier, frother, blender, and the sharpest knives, just to name a few of the delightful extras. The pool was fabulous, and the star gazing was breathtaking since the home was remote with no light pollution. This place exceeded our expectations in every way. It is located in a very quiet area on the Gulf Coast. We spent most of our time playing golf, but also enjoyed the nearby beaches and boating. “Beautiful area and very quiet. We really enjoyed morning walks and the pool. The small backyard porch was very quaint and included the use of an awesome Traeger pellet grill. We really enjoyed conversation and cooking out in this space. The beds/pillows and bathrooms were very comfortable & clean. “We had a great time at this wonderful condo/townhome in beautiful St. James Bay. It's brand new, beautifully decorated, and undoubtedly the best-equipped vacation rental we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. There is plenty of parking and the unit overlooks a lovely pond and the 17th hole of the golf course. The owners are super responsive and willing to ensure that you have a great time. We rented the golf cart to cruise around the resort and down to the waterfront park, ate fresh local seafood at a couple of the local restaurants, and enjoyed several days of boating and fishing. We added an extra day to our trip and wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to be back soon.” (Benjamin)
