SHORT TERM for JUNE

middle of city centre. 5 minutes walk to Oktogon, 6 minutes walk to Nyguati (West) Train Station. Just 2-3 minutes walk to Arany Janos Station (M3-Blue Metro). Apartment has 2 bedrooms but only one is available. The apartment has clean drinking water, washing machine, heaters, 24/7 hot water and night lamps. Finnish exchange student, studying at ELTE this year and I'm looking for a new flatmate. My previous flatmate moved out so I have one room free.

WHAT? A fully furnished room in a great apartment
WHERE? Right next to Oktogon (M1 and trams 4&6)
HOW MUCH? Rent 350€ per person (+utilities, gas, electricity ~50€ depends on how much you use)
WHEN? From February 1st to the end of the semester
WHY? Because living in a nice apartment is preferable

The flat has everything you need, and if not, the owner will bring them. Worth the money, I'd say, since there is no need to buy anything. I'm a really quiet person and the area is really peaceful, too, so no problems there.

The rental rate is 40 000Ft /month + about utilities.
The move in fee is 80000 Ft deposit + first month rent (40000 Ft)

The room is fully furnished (bed, TV, waldroab, shelfs), and the flat is in a very quiet area. But you can reach the city centre (Astoria) within 30 minutes with the troli 74, which stops almost right in fron of the falt. But M1 metro station, 32, 5, 62 bus station is near (within 5-10 minutes) as well.
