This newly decorated 3 full bedrooms ( +a loft area with full size bunk beds & sleeper sofa), 3 1/2 bath home which is located on Gulf Drive is just steps from the stunning white sand beaches of Panama City Beach. It has its own private pool.

Seaside Serenity consists of a large, fully stocked kitchen that opens to the living room area, which is newly decorated with 2 sofas and 2 chairs which provides ample seating area to view the 42' flat screen TV. Off the living room is the dining table that seats 6 and extra seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. Finishing off the 1st level is a bedroom with a queen bed , bathroom and a full size laundry room. The 2nd level offers 2 large bedrooms with private baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private deck viewing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Along with the spacious master, there is also a large bedroom with a queen bed. The 3rd level holds the 'kids hideaway' which has 1 set of full bunk beds , sleeper sofa and a sitting area with views of the 32' TV, along with its own 1/2 bath. The 3rd level leads to the large, partially enclosed deck with table, chairs and seating area to relax and enjoy your morning coffee while viewing the crashing waves
