✅SCOPE OF PROVISION OF OUR SERVICES
We are based in San Juan (Siquijor), which is the tourist center of the island. If you stay in the San Juan area it will be easier for us to provide you with our services. We can also serve you if your accommodation is in another area but you may have to pay a supplement.

✅HOW TO BOOK
🔸We only accept bookings through:

🔸We do not accept reservations if it is not at least 72 hours in advance (it is what it takes us to prepare the tour well).
🔸It is advisable to book as soon as possible because that way there will be more availability and we will be able to give you the best service.
✅HOW TO REQUEST A RESERVATION
🔸Send us the reservation request to:

🔸Please indicate the following details:
1. Name, surname, and WhatsApp or FB messenger contact of the person making the reservation.
2. Name, surnames and age of each of the participants in the tour.
3. Name of the chosen tour.
4. Exact date you book the tour.
5. If it is already known, means of transportation and date, and time of arrival in Siquijor.
7. If you have already booked it, name and location of the accommodation in Siquijor.
🔸We will reply confirming availability and sending you payment instructions.
✅ADVANCED CONFIRMED RESERVATION
🔸You must pay at least 50% of the total amount of the price.
🔸After payment of that advance payment, the reservation is confirmed.

✅PAYMENT OF THE REMAINING BALANCE.
🔸The remaining balance must be paid without exception before the departure of the tour otherwise the tour can't proceed.
✅AVAILABLE MEANS OF PAYMENT
🔸Consult us and we will send you detailed instructions on how to do it according to the chosen medium.
🔸If you are not yet in the Philippines
1. Through Paypal using your Paypal account or a debit or credit card, either Visa or Mastercard.
2. Through a transfer to our bank account in the Philippines using an online transfer agency. We recommend doing it with Worldremit, Remitly or Transferwise, which according to our experience are safe, reliable and cheap.

✅CANCELLATIONS
🔸The reservation of our tours can be canceled only up to 72 hours before the time of provision of the service, but in that case there is a charge of 20 % of the total price of the tour.
🔸From 72 hours before the time of provision of the service, the reservation can't be canceled and the customer has not right to any refund.
✅REFUNDS
🔸From 72 hours before the time of provision of the service or if the service was not used, there is no right to a refund.
🔸In case a refund is made, will be done by the same means that was used to pay for the reservation or another that we commonly agree, and in a period of less than one month from the confirmation of the cancellation.
🔸If there is any expense to transfer the refund, that expense will be deducted from the amount to be reifunded.
✅RATE APPLICABLE TO CHILDREN
🔸Children up to 2 years of age travel for free but must pay for their food.
🔸Children between 3 and 5 years of age have a 50% discount on the regular adult rate.
🔸Children 6 years or older are considered adults and pay the regular adult rate.
