Dave Ingles runs Moss Ridge now and played in the RWB at Birchwood for years. Drew and I are planning on playing and I hope a bunch of old friends will help Dave fill this up.

Red White and Blue is back. The Links of Bowen Lake has agreed to help us revive this tournament favorite for 2017 and hopefully beyond. As flyer shows it will be Saturday September 16, 2017 with a 9:00 shotgun start. New owners at Bowen Lake this year and they are turning the course and facilities into the finest in the area. We are honored that they are letting us start this great outing back up for its 54th year. And they are committed to bringing it back to the fun day it was in the past. Debbie has even agreed to help with the food to make sure the quantity and quality and variety are what you expected all those years we were privileged to host the tournament at Birchwood. And the management will allow me to set the course up to give us the type of fun shots and hopefully low scores we were used to. As always it will be 9 holes from the blues and 9 holes from the whites and then 18 holes from the reds which we will shorten to give everyone a chance for some great shots at birdies and eagles. The first 72 teams that pay their entry fees to The Links of Bowen Lake Golf Course will be entered and after that a waiting list will be started. You can pay your entry at the course in person or call 616-984-9916 to get mailing instructions. For those of you that it is easier to find me and pay your entry I will make sure you get a spot if you get it to me early. When we get close to the date they will have to be paid to course. Help me bring this great outing and fun day back. Look forward to seeing all of you in September.

Meeting today to restart the Red White and Blue this September. I can confirm that we have a date and a course so it's a go. Details next week.
