A little birdy told us Wolfcreek Ski Area will win this weekend! That's right folks, Wolf Creek Ski Area will open Saturday and Sunday - currently looking at 8" base and 12" at the summit, and it's still snowing.

HomeAway/VRBO have added analytics to their site, to let you know how you're doing compared to the rest of your market. I don't usually pay any attention to it because I prefer to run my own race. I do what I do and don't advertise a lot because I think things work out best when the right people find you on their own. However... I keep getting notifications that I am number one! Response rate! Number of 4 and 5 star reviews in the last year! Number of bookings accepted! This is spread out over our listings, but out of 641 rentals in Pagosa Springs (643 two weeks ago) that's not too shabby!
