I had a dream that I would one day stay in my beautiful retreat and watch the snow fall, stop and just read a book. Today is that day and it's pure bliss. I may even treat myself to a glass of lemsip too !! I am not moving

Summer at La Voraz has so much to offer. I am not that fit and even I did this beautiful bike ride from Chateau Chillon, Montreaux to Vevey. So much to see . 17.6 miles return and if you have really had enough you can always get the boat back to the Chateau.

Lovely walk up the back of La Voraz finished with candle lit dinner. Loving life, friendships, great views and food. Love the moutains ahhhhhhhhh i feel good de de de de deeeeee

Summer around the alps is just beautiful. If the weather is too hot by the lake head back up to our place but if the weather is not so good in the mountains its fine just head to Annecy, Evian. Gorgeous day today and 28 degrees, perfect!!

Champery the place to escape to when everywhere else is sooooooo hot. This beautiful spot was found on one of my road trips and I have to come each year . Back again bliss . Its also a refuge for those keen walkers .

SALUTESSKI is ready for the summer. 20 odd roses planted , cobwebs cleared , sofas out. Finally chilling with a beer. Just one thing missing. Mr Fottles to fetch me another beer !!!

Beautiful sunny day and visit to what feels like the sea on our way to Geneva airport Perrrrfect !! Very sad to leave :(
