There was a great artist playing at our hotel and we caught him twice. Ashton Butler was his name and we really enjoyed him. One night he was down at the bar near the lobby and the next afternoon he was playing up on the rooftop bar.
This was a nice added touch that we did not experience last time.

Holbox
Holbox is pronounced HOL-bahsh. It comes from the Mayan people and translates to black hole which is due to the dark color of the water in the nearby lagoon.
Holbox has some incredible beach areas though and you can walk forever. And the water is very shallow so you can go out quite a distance. Holbox also has unique hotels, great food and a laid back vibe. Do you want to visit Holbox?
