I went for a hike yesterday and just for a moment the air smelled like Fall - pine needles and cold sunshine. Which immediately got me thinking about snow lines and ski gear. What update are you making to your gear set up this year? I think mine will be a new helmet.

Do you like to visit places a little out of the ordinary? Little known outside Switzerland, the ski area of Engelberg Titlis deserves to be far better known among advanced and expert skiers looking for challenging terrain and big descents: there’s almost 2 kilometres of vertical lift accessed skiing here, and a plethora of steep options to choose from. To cap it all, the area is known for large dumps of high quality snow delivered by large storm systems. We are heading there now to look into their Spring Skiing options. We will report back!

It’s time for…..Spring Skiing! Squeeze the last couple of weeks of skiing out of the season. Here are some resorts in Canada that are still open:
It’s the last week of operation for in Kelowna, BC and in Kamloops, BC
in Golden, BC closes April 17th is open until April 18th
In Banff:
: open until April 18, 2022
: open until May 8, 2022
: open until May 23, 2022
Whister Mountain is open until April 18
Blackcomb Mountain is open until May 23rd
