This time of year brings hot weather, but also empty beaches! This is Maho recently, where there weren’t any cars in the parking lot – just donkeys!

Good day everyone! We’ve been busy over the last couple of months making improvements to Horizons Cottage.

Some of the changes are new outdoor furniture, new dining table, new light fixtures and ceiling fans, fresh paint and staining, new hammock, new 50” framed TV, and FAST Starlink internet with battery backup.

We’ll update our photos on horizonscottage.com soon – in the meantime here’s a sneak peak…. Hope to have you here on your next trip to St. John!

Hi everyone! My name is Jeni, and my husband and I are the new owners of Horizons Cottage and Captain’s Cabin.

We fell in love with St. John when we first visited 10 years ago, and it’s been a dream ever since to purchase a property here. Like many of you, we were amazed by the views at Horizons and Captain’s Cabin, and love this quiet side of the island. We’re excited to share the cottages with everyone!

We hope to welcome many of you back to visit, and we appreciate all of Sue’s help with the transition. She has made these cottages a home away from home and we want to continue that experience.
