Downstairs is separate to upstairs 2 floors with a entrance from outside steps and door.

Top Floor double bedroom is the size of 2 rooms, therefore, any extra bed or beds can be added on to this room or baby cot or cots. We have 3 villas next door to each other at Çalış Beach and very close to the beach front. Villas are available from March onwards with a private heated outdoor pool each. Pool table and table tennis in each villa. BBQ. WiFi and game consoles.

All our villas are with a private heated outdoor pool. Villas are open from the end of March to the middle of November.

We are still running in November with our private HEATED outdoor pool villas because the weather is 26c in the daytime and the pool is heated up to 28c so our guests are not just looking at the pool they actually enjoy their private pool. :)

Just a small update on how we work.

We don't have 100s of Villas to rent out, we only have 8 villas to rent out and they are all in the fethiye area of Dalaman region. Hisarönü / Ölüdeniz area and Calis Beach areas.
We focus on our service which will give you satisfaction on your stay so we can make sure we can control all of the villas and sort any issue if it happens.
We like to keep our success on guest satisfaction we believe that's why we have repeated guests over the years.
That's why we call you ''Guest'' not a customer.
