D’altronde, per noi mangiare significa mettere i piedi sotto la tavola, “métter i pî såtta la tèvla” come si dice in dialetto bolognese… Saremo felici di averti a tavola con noi, sperando che ti sentirai un po’ come a casa…Solo così anche noi ci sentiremo parte del tuo viaggio.

Talks about the Emilians, revealing the strong dynamic relationship Emilians have with nature, food and heritage throughout the generations. EMILIA STORYTELLERS are the Voices of Emilia. Passionate voices of food and wine culture, which will introduce and lead you on an intimate journey towards the discovery of a land that has always been the cradle of good life and good food. We are delighted to share our stories with you and we thank you, since a project can only flourish with your passion of food and willingness to learn.

Ciliegia Moretta di in the 1st picture, a local variety that local farmers are preserving.

Though 🥰 Duroni cherries are so crunchy...that one calls for the next one 🍒

I made sweet pancakes home and will use a cherry composta, a gift from my friend Emanuela at Agriturismo Podere Prasiano - ITALIAN ART OF LIVING or just Duroni and other fruits on top 😋
