We brought together TAGstars from across the US to celebrate summer with an epic weekend retreat in Los Angeles. Complete with a fun 70s twist and a handful of special guests, TAG Summerfest delivered good times, great vibes and lasting memories. The party kicked off as our teams partnered up with L.A. Works to fill backpacks with school supplies for local children. After, we danced long into the night atop the beautiful rooftop at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills (Beverly Hills, CA). Caroline started as a Travel Consultant in our London office and has worked her way up to become the Operations Director for UK touring, overseeing teams in Manchester and London. Throughout her career at TAG, Caroline has seen significant changes in the travel industry, from hand-written tickets to e-tickets and from faxed rooming lists to bespoke tech systems. What hasn't changed is her dedication to improvement and exceptional service.
With an incredibly successful career, Caroline's children remain her greatest achievement; they continue to make her proud every day. When it comes to work, her best piece of advice is, "trust your gut and learn from your mistakes."
We are so grateful for Caroline's contributions to TAG over the past 25 years, and we look forward to many more years of working together.
