On July 24, Walt Disney World will introduce new, simpler names to provide more clarity for everyone. Disney Genie+ service will become Lightning Lane Multi Pass, while individual Lightning Lane will now be known as Lightning Lane Single Pass.

Here are the details:

🌟𝙇𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙚 𝙈𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙞 𝙋𝙖𝙨𝙨:
When guests purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass, they may make up to 3 Lightning Lane selections in a theme park, in advance of your visit (remember FastPass?!). They’ll also be able to choose available times as they make their selections. On the day of their visit, once they use a selection, they may check the My Disney Experience app for availability to make an additional selection.

🌟𝙇𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙚 𝙎𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙡𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙨𝙨:
Lightning Lane Single Pass will work much like it does today, where guests can secure a time to ride one of our most highly demanded attractions, but they’ll now be able to make their purchase and plan in advance.

Now that 🌞summer🌞 is here..it is time to talk park day essentials!

These items are a MUST when traveling to Disney or Universal parks, especially in Orlando because Florida weather can be pretty intense. But with some preparation and the right items in your park bag.. you will be OK!😎

🧢HAT/SUN PROTECTION - Shade is your friend on those bright, sunny days!
🥵COOLING TOWELS/PORTABLE FANS - My boys preferred the towels over the fans, but whatever works best for your family!
📱EXTERNAL BATTERY - You will need extra battery with being on your phone to navigate the parks. I prefer the cordless ones, but others prefer to pick up fuel rods which are available to rent in the parks.
🧴SUNSCREEN - Do not forget this. I repeat... do not forget this! I love the little spray travel bottles. Perfect to keep in my belt bag when we are on the go!
🫗INSULATED WATER BOTTLE - Sometimes they seem like a hassle to bring, but we purchase a large carabineer hook to hang them from the strollers. Nice cold water all day long without having to wait in line.
💦PONCHOS - With the heat and humidity, it will rain in the afternoons. It is a nice break from the sun but don't just leave the parks. Stay and play in the rain with the help of ponchos to keep you dry.
