Last weekend’s partner workout. Can be done alone as well ! This took us around 30mins total:
.
200 Shoulder Taps together (switch every 20)
.
Then:
5 rounds each:
10 Burpees
10 Sit-ups
10 DB Front Squat
10 DB Front Rack Lunges
.
Cash-out: 200 Russian Twist (switch every 20)
.
For the 5 Rounds:
Partner 1 does burpees and sit-ups while partner 2 rests. Switch, partner 2 does burpees and sit-ups while partner 1 rests. Then partner 1 moves to squats and lunges while partner 2 rests. Switch. Repeat for 5 rounds.

I made it look like I started the workout but of course I didn’t. 😅
Today’s workout idea, no equipment needed! Add a dumbbell to the glute bridge if you like, or if you want to make it harder but don’t have any equipment, change the exercise to a single leg glute bridge instead !
10 Repetitions each side.

10 Barbell Hip Thrust
20 KB Russian Twist

I did this after working up to a deadlift 3 rep max. .
- Weights should be challenging
- Minimal rest between exercises and sets

Upper body workout :

2-3 rds of :
10 Single Arm Lat Pulldowns
10 Push-ups
10 V-ups
10 Alternating V-ups
.
Complete each round without rest, then take 30-60s after each full round before starting again.
.
This is nice as accessory work after the main part of your workout!
.
I did 5 sets of Bench Press before, followed by 3 rounds of strict pull-ups and ring dips.
